By booking a service, you accept and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Our service providers will prioritize your pet's safety and health and provide the best possible care during their stay.
1. Reservation:
- Bookings are subject to availability.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
2. Pet Requirements:
-Please provide a valid vaccination certificate.
- Flea and tick prevention must be in place.
- Service providers may refuse service to pets that may pose a danger to other pets or people.
3. Health and Medicine:
- Please bring any necessary medications and food with you.
- In the event of illness or injury, we will make every effort to contact you.
4. Fees and Payment:
- Payment for the service is due at check-out or as otherwise agreed.
- Special services and extended stays incur additional charges.
- Payment can be made by cash or a pre-specified payment method.
5. Cancellation and Refunds:
- If you need to cancel, please let us know in advance.
- Non-refundable deposits will not be refunded.
- Refunds for cancellations made within the specified notice period will be at the discretion of the service provider.
6. Pet care:
- For safety reasons or depending on the condition of the dog being taken care of, the service provider may decide to put the dog in a cage.
- Your pet will be given 1-2 walks per day, playtime and proper food.
- If you have any specific care instructions please let us know in advance and we will do our best to follow them.
7. LIABILITY:
- Whilst we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your pet, we cannot be held responsible for any injury, illness or loss during your dog's stay.
- You agree to pay the Service Provider all expenses incurred in connection with your pet's stay and to hold the Service Provider not responsible from any costs or liability.
8. Emergency Contact:
- You must provide valid emergency contact information in case we need to contact you during your pet's stay.
9. Pick-up and drop-off:
- Pets must be dropped off and picked up during designated times unless other arrangements have been made.
10. Changes to Terms of Use:
- We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Use at any time.
